    Sebastian at Penfold Mazda was very helpful from the moment we booked our car until we actually got the keys. He tried his best to get for us the best deal and the customer service was top notch!! We are completely satisfied with the purchase and I highly recommend Penfold Mazda.

    On December 30,2021. I went to the Penfold Mazda for third car service.When I got home, I found a lot of scratches on the front right side of the car, as shown in the photo.
    I was disappointed that none of the staff were there to tell me this was happening, and I didn't find out until I got home. In their garage, the lights are so dim I can't see anything.
    Then, I emailed Penfold Mazda about this matter. Their service manager, Mr. Grant, asked me to provide photos, but after seeing the photos, he said that it did not look like a new scratch, and asked me to go to their repair shop again today on January 6, 2022.
    I originally thought that as an car dealer founded in 1964, it was very honest and honest. But Mr. Grant did not intend to give any explanation or help except for some shirk of responsibility. Just repeatedly emphasized that this was not caused by them, and it was not their fault.
    This makes me very disappointed.
    I am a new immigrant from Asian and have not lived in Australia for less than 2 years. Hard to immigrate to Western countries, always feel that there will be more justice and honesty, but it seems that this is not the case.
    Maybe it's because I'm Asian, or maybe it's because I speak poor English and I can't get help? I don't know.
    But I do know, that if someone goes to do the service next time, they must take some photos or videos of their car and keep them as evidence. And when you pick up the car, check your car carefully to prevent the same thing from happening.

    The sales teams are polite in general, but they never follow up with their promises, not returning phone call nor giving update on progress.

    Great service and great price by the team at Penfold. Buying a car during COVID can be difficult but with the help of Theo from Penfold Mazda the process was made easy. The staff were not pushy and were also there to help with all my questions. Highly recommend!!!!

    Booked my car in last week for today to have the android auto system installed. turn up this morning and they dont have the parts in stock they are on back order and wont have them until the end of the month........Great.

    Added an extra star because the service is really great apart from not letting me know half the reason i was going wasnt available!

    My husband recently bought a brand near CX-30 Mazda from this dealership and the experience was great! We got approximately 18% discount off the RRP after some hard bargaining. Free mats and full tank of fuel are the usual standards that you would expect from a quality dealership like Penfold.

    However, if you come at the right time (end of the month/right salesperson), you could possibly ask for a cargo mat. Tip: to achieve the best result, don’t buy at your first visit, they’ll call and negotiate further (again, subject to salesperson). If you’re unable to get the best possible price, there’s always other dealerships :)

    I have had exceptional service from Cassie and George at Penfold Mazda in Burwood. I just traded in my near new old car that was a manual for a new automatic and they went out of their way to help me and make sure I was comfortable with the refinancing of the new car. I couldn't recommend them enough. So friendly and it feels like everyone there genuinely enjoys what they do and enjoys helping customers! Thank you.
