  I was at the pathology lab last Sunday (7/5/2017) and was extremely disappointed with the service. My turn came along and one of the nurses was serving me when the her mobile phone rang to pick up a personal call. She was talking on her phone for a long time and I have to wait. In the end, one other nurse came out and asked me if I am being served and I politely said yes. She then served another patient (while the other one was still on the phone) and I was kept waiting. After the other patient has finished, the other nurse called for another patient. It was then I told her that I am still waiting for the other nurse to finish her phone call and I would like to be served. I also find this other nurse a bit rude and after I have finished with my tests; I couldn't believe it that the other nurse is on the phone. I am not sure what has happened to customer service nowadays. Phone calls and text messages seem to be more important than customer service!

  I have never minded the wait, it's almost a given to me when I go to doctors appointments. The receptionists are amazing, lovely and very helpful, especially for someone like me who is always anxious with doctor visits. These guys offer super flexible opening hours. I would've given a 4/5 stars, but my experience with Dr Perera has been terrible. I felt rushed, patronised - at one point after describing my experiences, he asked 'what do you want me to do about it?' - I'm here seeking for advice and recommendations! When I looked at the medical sheet afterwards, his notes didn't even describe what I told him. He half addressed another issue by saying 'I don't know, too many variable...', and told me to do a blood test. This may have been true, but I expected a better consultation/advice/information from a professional. I walked out feeling embarrassed and felt the wait, the money just wasn't worth it. Don't get me wrong, I would still come back because there are a lot of positives about this clinic, but will definitely be asking for any other doctor.
